Before we list our serviced apartments in Amsterdam, City Centre Retreat make sure all properties are 100% Verified and fully ready to live in. All apartments need to comply with our standards belows or we get what is needed.
REGISTRATION FOR A BSN NUMBER AT ALL PROPERTIES
Dutch laws and regulations are very strict. We check and ensure the property has permission and the authority to be rented out.
FULLY FURNISHED AND 100% READY TO LIVE IN
The apartment is fully furnished in a way which allows tenants to move in with nothing but a suitcase and feel immediately at home.
IMPORTANT ITEMS
The apartments must be equipped with the following items:
- 3 sets of keys (two for tenant and one for CCR management).
- All kitchen utensils and cutlery.
- Hairdryer, and iron and iron board.
- All cleaning equipment (including vacuum/mop/bucket).
- Welcome note (see example below).
- Access to a washing machine - either in the apartment or in the same building.
- A table (dining table is acceptable), a chair, and nearby socket because our business customers should have the opportunity to work in the apartment.
- Deep cleaned. After this point, CCR will arrange and carry out the cleaning during and after the tenants stay.
All prior ppersonal items such as clothes, shoes, photos, expensive artwork and private devices will be removed and/or put in storage.
INTERNET
The apartment provides high-speed Wi-Fi access without data limitations or additional costs.
ENTIRE APARTMENTS
There apartments are designed for temporary living of the entire unit. We do not accept subletting of rooms or sections of the apartment.
ALL IN PRICE
The rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, water) up to a reasonable level, including any applicable tax related to the ownership of the property.
The City Centre Retreat Meet & Greet | Welcome & Support
The accommodation is serviced apartments. This means City Centre Retreat welcome a support tenant before and during there stay. We provide quick solutions to issues such as maintenance, offer cleaning and laundry if required and provide general warm support to make sure the stay is comfortable.
Help and Advise
During your temporary stay in your Amsterdam Accommodation we provide further assistance with general matters such as
- How to register at the property at the municipality.
- How and where to dispose of waist and garbage
- Where to receive mail
- Any building rules and regulations to make sure residents throughout are safe and comfortable.
- A complete user manual for the apartments appliances and heating system.
To help keep the properties looking their best we do request that parties, pets (without prior consent) and smoking are forbidden in the property to helpand please be respectful to our friendly beloved neighbours.
