We have a new and exciting opportunity at the company to start as soon as possible as a Bookings Coordinator, supporting our corporate clients before and during their stay.
The role is based from our office in Amsterdam (Haarlemmerweg 331, 1051LH).
As a booking coordinator, the primary responsibilities are:

What an average week may look like:
Days would be prioritized with responding the new and ongoing enquires as they come in. During the day you would aim to secure and process bookings, and then carry out apartment improvements where needed. The weekly hours can be flexible to fit your needs as long as in return they are flexible to customers needs. Weekly attendance in the office of at least 3 days a week is required but the remaining hours can be flexible.
